God's Eye View is a free, open-source 3D globe that turns public OSINT feeds into a photorealistic spy-satellite cockpit in your browser. It runs locally on your machine and layers 13 live data sources on top of a Google Photorealistic 3D Earth: live flights, military traffic, ships, satellites, earthquakes, traffic, CCTV cameras, radio, bikeshare, active fires, and space missions. Ten of the thirteen layers need no API key at all.
The standout feature is real-time voice control, powered by the OpenAI Realtime API. You can ask it to track any plane, ship, or satellite in plain language, and it annotates the globe with the answer. It knows what it is looking at, reading coordinates, street names, active layers, and view scale before responding.
The project is MIT-licensed and built with vanilla JavaScript, CesiumJS, and Vite. It is the open-source release of the viral "God's Eye View" YouTube series by Bilawal Sidhu, a former Google product manager for AR/VR and 3D Maps. It has 4,400+ GitHub stars.
Note: a Google Maps API key is required for the photorealistic planet (metered), and an OpenAI key is needed for voice control. The dev server binds to localhost so your keys stay on your machine.
